Northbridge Centre Wins TOBY Southern Region

We are honored  to announce that our client, Northbridge Centre – managed by Vanderbilt Office Properties – won the 2022 BOMA Southern Region TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) award.

As part of an international program, The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. The competition consists of three levels beginning at the BOMA local association level.

PASSIONATE, PROACTIVE PARTNERS

TamCare Services provides janitorial services to Northbridge Centre. As part of the judging process, the TOBY awards submission process helps Building Owners and Property Managers benchmark their building operations for continuous improvement. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated by a team of judges, including Life Safety, Security, Risk Management, Training and Education, Energy, Environmental Sustainability, Tenant Relations, and Community Involvement.

TamCare seamlessly integrates into Northbridge Centre’s building operations, so as part of the TOBY submission, we understand that we were evaluated on our processes as well. This includes how we help with tenant relations, meet regulatory standards and provide ongoing team training. TamCare also plays a part in security and sustainability processes.

Winning entries advance from the local association level to the regional level, and, finally, regional winners advance to the International level.

We are proud to be part of the Northbridge team that will compete internationally.  The winners will be announced at BOMA International’s Annual Conference on June  28, 2022, in Nashville, TN. We wish everyone the best of luck!
