| Quality Control Program |
The success of the quality control program within Management begins with a thorough understanding of the needs of the facility. Once the program basics have been established, through proposal acceptance and agreement, a continued emphasis to maintain quality control and meet the customer’s daily needs is essential. Thus, the “Customer Survey Pre-Service Questionnaire”. This underscores the customer’s specific needs. It is understood that customers achieve higher profile of service that allows for increased awareness of the specific requirements of the building and customer and increased flexibility in adjusting to program standards.
Safety and task training clearly remains the cornerstone of quality success. The utilization of available training techniques on a scheduled basis minimizes the inefficiency of turnover and increases the probability of satisfied building users.
Additional needs include specific job description and scheduling. Examples of each follow this section. Although the contractor building supervisor carries the daily responsibility for quality control, operational staff backup is essential in order to assure consistency and effectiveness. This includes facility visitations, customer surveys and quality control inspections. The schedule listed below will outline facility visitation and survey analysis.
