TamCare Service Inc. is a Building Service Contractor that is Licensed and Insured, which conducts business in Florida and North Carolina. Founded in 1995, TamCare’S business continues to evolve through a wide range of services within its staff’s professional training. Along with professional training, each staff member is subject to an extensive Criminal Background Check and required to wear ID Badges and Uniforms. Services TamCare provides include janitorial, porter service, plaza maintenance, resilient floor care, pressure cleaning, carpet cleaning, 24 hr. emergency flood service, interior painting, general facility maintenance & repairs and tenant improvement.

TamCare prides itself as a company that is concerned about the environment and the occupancy within the building we service. Green or environmentally preferable products are defined in Presidential Executive Order 13101 as “products” or

services that have a lesser or reduced effect on human health and the environment when compared with competing products or services that serve the same purpose. 

Green Cleaning includes the use of Green Products, but goes far beyond just the products.  Rather, Green Cleaning is a comprehensive program that evaluates the unique needs of the building and its occupants, and also evaluates the cleaning chemicals, janitorial paper, cleaning equipment, and training.

TamCare chooses to use the Green Seal Cleaning chemicals,  equipment and products because of the benefits which include a healthier building, increased employee productivity, will reduced cleaning impact on people, as well as the indoor and outdoor environment.  But, ultimately it will serve to protect the health of all those using the facilities.

TamCare uses hard case HEPA vacuums.  This allows us to capture 99.97% of all partials down to 0.03 micron size.  The vacuums have a sealed motor chamber and air pathway to keep all particles, even motor emissions, inside.  The sealed system means the fine dust that comes in can’t escape.  The HEPA filter captures allergens and dust particles that other systems can’t.  This means clean floors and even cleaner air. 

Our cleaning cloths are micro fiber cleaning cloths, not regular towels.   Micro fiber cleaning cloths pick up dirt particles that conventional cloths leave behind.  When possible micro fiber mop systems are used.  The ability to utilize micro fiber mops depends on the composition of the hard surface being maintained.  All micro fiber cloths and mops are laundered weekly.  In addition, all looped mops are laundered weekly. 

TamCare not only provides Green Seal Cleaning Chemicals, we will also install an auto-dilution machine that precisely measures cleaning chemicals and eliminates waste.
